Jennie runs many craft workshops for children, the latest at Queen Elizabeth Hall on the Southbank. All materials provided but do bring paper, leaves etc. with you to add your own personal touch. 1pm to 5pm
Face Painting 12 to 2.30 and again 3.30 to 6pm

A Fairy Hunt will take place through the day. 15 fairies (boy and girl fairies) are hidden in the garden, the children just need to find them for fun. Get the list from the garden tent in the event area, £1 donation.
The Garden Tent
Our organic produce will be for sale at very reasonable prices. Young people from the National Citizen’s Challenge will be helping. There will be a raffle for seeds, plants etc, This is where to sign up for the fairy hunt and book your session for the services below marked *
Iggy will be playing classical guitar and there will be other performers though the day, watch this space
Reiki will take place on the stage for everyone in the garden at time TBC
Reiki healing * 12 to 6pm
It’s a fully clothed, hands off healing. You can book a 15 min session for £5 or a 30 min session for £10
Iggy: Since a child he has felt the deep urge to help people. He is the founder of the London College of Meditation, he’s a Meditation & Wakefulness teacher, Reiki Master, & verified Reiki Practitioner. He is also a professional musician and Certified Sound Therapist and Crystal Healer. Iggy will also do Osho Zen Tarot reading (Tarot based on the wisdom of Zen, for an understanding of the here and now, with accurate, timely, spiritual reflections
for you). Iggy also does Crystal healing * so you can ask him for that instead of Reiki if you prefer.
Acupuncture * 12pm to 6pm
One of the ancient arts of Chinese medicine, it takes many years of training to become a qualified practitioner.
Liam has 10 years of experience as a practitioner with a BSc (hons) in acupuncture from the University of Westminster. All of Liam’s sessions are 30 mins long and you can choose from ear acupuncture (which benefits the whole body) for £5, cosmetic acupuncture on the face for £10 or full body acupuncture (some clothing removal needed) for £10.
Tarot *12pm to 6pm
Is an ancient art going back maybe as far as ancient Egypt. On continental Europe they were used as playing cards but they are better known for their divination and spiritual guidance. £5 for 15 mins
Mimosa has been reading Tarot for 12 years and loves meeting and guiding people along their path
Priti is a Shamanic Healer and a Tarot Reader and has been doing this work all her life. She chose to take this to a professional level 14 years ago. There will be an active meditation for the whole family led by Iggy, from the stage so that everyone can join in the fun (time tbc)
Yoga * time TBC, in the orchard if dry
Angela will lead a session to teach the Yoga basics, no need for leotards and mats! You will learn the basics of breathing and some easy movements that you can do any time yourself without going to a class. Angela has taught for many years and runs beginner classes at Ardleigh House, Upminster Thursday evenings 7.30 to 9.15. You can call her on 01708 375669. She is fully insured and a first aider.

Performer and Acrobat
Ludo is an incredible acrobat and performer, check out his short video Down the Rabbit Hole showing his amazing skills! The rabbit will appear in the garden!
There will be a Real Ale bar with 15 different varieties of ale and golden ale, plus Guinness, wine and cider. £3 per bottle.
Tea, coffee and cake
Our outdoor pizza oven will be fired up to cook (very fast) a variety of flavours including vegetarian (all have cheese) £1 per slice. Garlic bread £1 for 2 slices. Soup from the organic vegetables £1
Compost Workshop 2pm – 4pm
Run by the Havering Council, book in advance as there are limited places on the Havering website
The garden’s original Georgian well (1770’s) will be open for your wishes, blessings and offerings to the Maiden of the Waters. Please don’t throw money in the well as it will be lost forever and the garden charity needs it!
